Anime and Film Creator: KEIICHI HARA Mon, 2014-04-07 20:06
Visiting London for the first time as part of Japan Film Festival Programme 2014, we welcome Keiichi Hara, a creative from Japan who works independently as an anime and film director. His most formative anime work includes TV series and movie-length features of ‘Doraemon’ in which he was director for 3 years and ‘Crayon Shinchan’ for over 10 years. To highlight, these two titles has been heralded as one of Japanimations successful international titles? and it has established Keiichi Hara into a permanent position in the ever?popular industry. Now, he has expand his work into real-life action directing as his first live-action film, ‘Hajimari no Michi’, which was released in June,2013, heightening interests of the progression of his career as a film creative to move mediums and styles, all discussed and more in this episode.
